Slim fit aint for everybody, and at Oak Aquarium, we realize that returns happen. Our policy is this: You may return an item for exchange or refund within 30 days of the ship date with pre-approval from Oak Aquarium. If your return is a matter of the garments fit (i.e., its too big, too small, too medium-y) it can be exchanged for the proper size. The manufacturers original tags must be intact and still attached to the garment. However, there are no returns or size exchanges for sale items. All sales on sale items are final.
Returned items must be in their original condition with tags, unworn, unwashed and most certainly unaltered. You must have a Return Authorization number (RA) that has been issued to you by Oak Aquarium prior to the items return. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item. Shipping and handling charges on returns are non-refundable.
In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately by e-mail to let us know so that we can take care of it.
Obtaining a RA (Return Authorization) Number*:
-To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, you must first send us an email first stating the reason for the return.
-For faster service, please include your name, the invoice/order number, the name of the product being returned, and the reason for return in the email.
-No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number. RA numbers are valid for no more than ten (10) business days after they have been issued to the customer. Any returns made after this 10-day period will be refused.
-Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
-If returning an order of multiple items, make sure that your return shipment is 100% complete, all items are in their in original condition with all original tags intact. Oak Aquarium reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Any unwanted item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
*NOTE: The customer will be issued only one RA number per return. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

Once your return has been received, please allow 7-10 business days to process.
Returns may be refunded by check.
