We are currently shipping your goods via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is a flat rate of five (5) dollars. Domestic orders are processed, packaged and shipped within two (2) business days. An email with your delivery confirmation number will be sent the day the package is shipped. This shows us the exact time the package is delivered. If there is any problem with delivery, please contact us immediately.
*Please make note that Oak Aquarium cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in the shipping process or lost packages shown as "delivered" as per this number.
International Patrons of the Oak Aquarium:
We are now shipping to Canada and Mexico. It will still be through the USPS. Shipping will be a flat rate of seven (7) dollars. Also because it is out of the US we can not offer a delivery confirmation number for your order. Pricing for shipping to Europe is a flate rate of eleven (11) US dollars. If you have any questions about shipping, or your country is not listed please contact us and we will do what we can to get product out to you.
